每一堂课都有一个目标!

学习语言更是如此。Lessons can focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading or writing.
They may contain listening and speaking activities and concentrate on introducing new language items or on revision. The
the actual content of any lesson will depend on what the teacher aims to achieve during the lesson, the students and the
teaching situation.

所以每当英语老师设计教案时,都应该谨慎审视你的教学目标。它像是方向标,如果不明确,就会导致将一堂课带偏方向。

我们来看几个错误的方向标,以审视自己是否有同样的问题。

A课教学目标:掌握单词…. ; 能运用…句型来回答。

A课的教学目标是将教学内容替代了目标,并不清楚该达到什么程度,在听说读写能力方面也没有提出具体的要求。

B课教学目标:学生在实际生活中运用目标句型;在教学过程中培养自主学习能力,提高听说读写技能;培养学生合作意识,通过 游戏调动积极性和参与性。

B课的教学目标很难在一个课时内实现,因此用这个目标来检测教学时会很难操作。

下面我们用三个步骤来定下清楚的目标

Step1: Learning objectives begin with the phrase: “At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to…”

Step 2: Connect step one with an action verb which communicates the performance by the learner. Use verbs which describe an action that can be observed and that are measurable within the teaching time frame (e.g., via a post-test).

Step 3: Conclude with the specifics of what the learner will be doing when demonstrating achievement or mastery of the objectives. Stress what the participant will walk away from the activity with.
